The main goal: is to create socio-economic, political and other conditions for the comprehensive development of the student community of the university, increase its spiritual, moral, intellectual and physical potential, social status and economic status, political, legal, environmental and spiritual culture.
Tasks:
Educational and administrative direction (participation in the work of faculty commissions, holding competitions, compiling ratings to identify the best students, providing students with information about the possibility of additional education, etc.).
Scientific direction (organization of conferences, round tables and scientific seminars,
systematization of information on the possibility of scientific publications and participation in scientific projects, etc.).
Social direction (cooperation with the Student Commission of the Trade Union Committee of the International University of the Kyrgyz Republic in organizing the issuance of preferential travel tickets, material assistance,
submission to the award of Students for excellent success in learning and actively participating in public life, systematization of information about rest and treatment in sanatoriums, boarding houses, etc.).
Improving the life of students (participation in the work of the commissions for monitoring the state of the faculty dormitories,
maintaining an information bank of data on residents of the hostel, maintaining public order in the hostel, monitoring the state of classrooms, catering establishments on the territory of the faculty, living conditions in the hostel, etc.).
Sports direction (holding competitions, organization of sections and sports clubs of interest, providing students with information about championships and opportunities for doing physical education and sports outside the faculty, distributing tickets for sporting events, highlighting the sporting achievements of the faculty, etc.).
Cultural direction (conducting interfaculty events, providing information and organizing visits to museums, theaters, exhibitions, discos, excursions, etc.).
Advising Students on their rights and obligations, providing students with information about the mechanisms for protecting their rights and responsibility for violating the norms of behavior at the university.
Creation and improvement of the mechanism of constructive interaction of the Youth Wing with the university administration at all levels of the university management system (Academic Council, dean's office, departments, laboratories and other administrative divisions of the university).
Participation of representatives of the Youth Wing in the preparation of documents, concerning decisions strategically important for the university, problems of public life, students' rights, in solving issues of disciplinary responsibility of Students (administrative penalty, expulsion from the university for violation of the internal regulations of the International University of the Kyrgyz Republic, immoral acts, violation of the terms of the contract).
Carrying out activities aimed at establishing and strengthening interfaculty, interuniversity and international relations; exchange of experience with public organizations of other universities and educational
Development of the institution of elders as the basis of the Youth Wing and the formation of a stable mechanism for interaction of elders with the university administration.
Conducting intercourse and intergroup competitions and competitions in combination with strengthening the overall corporate, fraternal spirit of the university.
Formation of mechanisms for motivating Students to active social work in the field and strengthening the role of representatives (headmen) of groups.
Informing Students about the possibilities of the Youth Wing and the International University of the Kyrgyz Republic for the implementation of public initiatives, consultations on the mechanism of their implementation and assistance in organizing.
Creation of societies of interest (sections, clubs, etc.)
to fully meet the versatile needs of Students in communication and self-realization, to ensure openness and accessibility of information on the directions of the Youth Wing.
Assistance to the rector's office, dean's office, departments and other departments of the university in their activities.
Development of proposals for improving the quality of the educational process, taking into account the requirements of the market, scientific and professional interests of students. Presentation of these proposals to the university administration for their further development and implementation in practice.
Organization of events,
aimed at the formation of an integral highly moral student personality (support for veterans, participation in charity events, meetings with leading figures of science, culture and art, etc.).
