Training Department
It is one of the main structural divisions of the university. The educational department was created with the aim of organizing the educational process according to higher education programs and providing conditions for its improvement. Performs tasks for planning and organizing the educational process in all forms of education, developing normative documentation for educational and educational-methodical work, diagnosing the educational process, statistical processing of certification results, compiling summary statistical reports of the university on the movement of the student population, the annual report of the university on educational and methodological work.

All the problems of preparing and approving curricula, schedules of the educational process are resolved in the educational department and with its direct participation. The educational department prepares packages of documents for licensing, certification and accreditation of the university, prepares materials for the rating assessment of the university and specialties, controls the planning and implementation of the teaching load of the teaching staff.

The educational department in its work closely interacts with faculties and departments, the Educational and Methodological Council, the editorial and publishing department, the information and technical center, etc. This allows you to improve the quality of managerial and organizational activities.

The goal is to improve and effectively plan, organize, manage and control the educational process in the MUKR on the basis of joint activities of the management, teaching staff, teaching and support, administrative and economic personnel and students training highly qualified specialists based on credit technology in accordance with the Strategy for the Development of Education in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2012-2020.

  • collects and verifies documentation for the rating assessment of teachers' activities and the establishment of monthly wage increments from the fund of incentive payments;
  • carries out work on the transition to a tiered education system;
  • develops plans for the introduction of innovative technologies, active and interactive teaching methods in the educational process and coordinates this work;
  • collects and provides materials for licensing and accreditation of the university;
  • carries out regular checks of compliance with labor discipline by teachers, student attendance, accounting and optimization of the use of the classroom fund, control of the class schedule, etc.
