Regulatory Framework: The training of doctoral students and postgraduates is conducted in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic. Additionally, it follows the Guidelines for the Training of Scientific and Scientific-Pedagogical Personnel in the Kyrgyz Republic, as approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on July 16, 2018 (Order № 327).
Course Offerings: The institution organizes and conducts courses for postgraduate students, specifically to prepare them for the candidate minimum examination. These courses typically cover subjects such as the history and philosophy of science, as well as foreign and state languages.

Four scientific specialties in which postgraduate and doctoral students are trained:
The list of documents for admission to graduate school:

1. Application Letter: Applicants must submit an application addressed to the Rector of the university. This letter should request admission to the graduate school and specify the desired scientific specialty and the preferred form of study (full-time or part-time program).
2. Personal Personnel Record Sheet: Applicants should provide a personal personnel record sheet that includes a photo. This sheet should be signed by the head of the personnel service.
3. Copy of Labor Record Book: A copy of the labor record book should be submitted, and it must be certified by the personnel department.
4. Autobiography: Applicants should prepare an autobiography that provides information about their background, educational history, work experience, and any relevant personal details.
5. Copy of Passport: A photocopy of the applicant's passport is required.
6. Copy of Higher Education Diploma: Applicants must submit a copy of their state higher education diploma. For foreign citizens, this diploma should be notarized. In some cases, foreign applicants may need to provide a certificate of equivalence for their educational documents.
7. Passport Photos: Two passport-sized photos (3x4) are typically required.
8. Candidacy Exam Documentation: If an applicant is transferring from another program or institution, they may need to provide a protocol or certificate indicating that they have passed the candidacy exams.
9. Introductory Essay: Applicants are usually required to submit an introductory essay of 20-25 pages in length that is related to their chosen scientific specialty.

All these documents should be submitted in a folder or binder. It's noted that the passport must be submitted in person.

Documents for admission to the doctoral program:
1. Application Letter: Applicants must submit an application addressed to the Rector of the institution. This letter should formally request admission to the doctoral program.
2. Copy of Higher Education Diploma: Applicants should provide a copy of their diploma for specialist or master's degree in higher professional education. For foreign citizens, this diploma should be accompanied by a certificate of equivalence for their educational documents. Both copies should be certified by a notary.

5. List of Published Scientific Works: Applicants should compile a list of their published scientific works, which may include research papers, articles, and other academic publications. This list should include active links where applicable.
6. Detailed Dissertation Plan: Applicants are expected to submit a detailed plan of the dissertation they intend to pursue for the Doctor of Laws degree. This plan outlines the research objectives, methodology, and expected outcomes.
7. Copy of Labor Book: A copy of the labor book, which records an applicant's employment history, should be submitted. This copy should be certified by the place of employment.
8. Copy of Passport: Applicants are required to provide a photocopy of their passport.
9. Passport Photos: Six passport-sized photos (3x4) are typically required.

Postgraduate Program mode:
The full-time postgraduate program typically spans a duration of 3 years.
The part-time postgraduate program has a longer duration, lasting for 4 years.
Doctoral Program: Doctoral studies have a fixed duration of 5 years.

Admission to the Graduate School, Doctoral School and the Institute of Graduate Studies is held annually from October 1 to November 15
