The Academic Department is one of the university's main structural divisions. It was created to organize the educational process for higher education programs and ensure its improvement. It plans and organizes the educational process for all modes of study, develops regulatory documentation for academic and methodological work, evaluates the educational process, statistically processes assessment results, and compiles consolidated statistical reports on student enrollment and the annual report on academic and methodological work.
The Academic Department is responsible for all matters related to the preparation and approval of curricula and academic schedules, and is directly involved in resolving them. The Academic Department prepares documentation packages for licensing, certification, and accreditation of the university, prepares materials for the university and specialty rankings, and oversees the planning and implementation of the teaching load of faculty members.
The Academic Department works closely with faculties and departments, the Academic and Methodological Council, the Editorial and Publishing Department, the Information Technology Center, and others. This helps improve the quality of management and organizational activities.
