The Council of Young Scientists is established to support and promote the scientific initiatives of young researchers, facilitate the integration of young scientists and specialists into the university's institutes and departments, and contribute to their professional development
To achieve its goal, the Council solves a number of tasks aimed at creating conditions for scientific, educational, social and socio-professional development, for creative self-realization of young people, including in the issues of improving the scientific activity of the university and anchoring young scientific personnel.

The main objectives of the Council's activities include:
- integrating and coordinating the scientific work of young scientists and researchers at “IUKR."
- enhancing the effectiveness of their research activities.
- creating favorable conditions for the implementation of scientific developments.
- supporting the strengthening and development of international connections among young scientists.
- developing proposals and measures to incentivize young scientists.
- facilitating conditions for their professional growth and increased social involvement.

The Council's tasks involve:
- coordinating the research activities of young scientists and researchers at “IUKR."
- attracting young scientists to research projects.
- organizing events that promote the professional growth of young scientists (Young Scientists School).
- serving as the representative body of young scientists in the academic council, the leadership of "IUKR," and various committees (expert, competition, award committees, etc.).
- expressing the opinions of young researchers on various aspects of professional activities.
- organizing competitions for youth scientific projects, exhibitions, and events at "IUKR."
- enabling young scientists from "IUKR" to participate in competitions held by various international foundations.
- organizing the participation of young scientists in scientific seminars, national and international congresses, conferences, and symposiums.
- collecting and disseminating information within "IUKR" regarding foundations that offer grant support to young researchers.
- recommending the recognition and rewarding of young scientists from "IUKR" participating in educational programs.
- developing and presenting to the academic council and the rector's office official reports on young people's issues and proposals for their solutions.
- supporting the publication of research results and sending young scientists to congresses, conferences, and symposiums.
- involvement in the publication of periodicals at "IUKR."
- establishing connections with young scientists abroad for collaborative work, fostering mutually beneficial contacts, and integration projects.
- organizing scientific conferences, round tables, brain-rings, and other events.
-recommending young scientists and specialists from "IUKR" for financial incentives for their active participation in or contributions to the Council's tasks.
-organizing and conducting conferences for young scientists, as well as presenting collections of scientific works to "IUKR" publishing.
